CRXDE Lite hangs under Chrome 38

Hi,

Recently, I have updated Chrome  to 38.0.2125.101 m and CRXDE Lite (http://localhost:4503/crx/de/index.jsp) page fails to load since. Everything works fine for other browsers (FF, IE) though. I'm not the only developer, facing this issue in our team.

Just wanted to ask, if it is a known issue, may be some hotfix/workaround is available?

I'm using AEM 5.6.1.

Removing the following Microsoft update fixed the issue for me: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2998527

I just installed a fresh instance of 5.6.1 and used Chrome (38.0.2125.101 OSX) to access CRXDE Lite and didn't see any issues.  I was able to navigate the node structure and load all nodes and files without issue.

Is there something in particular that isn't working for you?

Can you let us know what exactly the issue you are facing ?? It doesnt seems to be generic though !

updated Chrome  to 38.0.2125.101, me too!

Here, I have attached the screenshot. As I said, I simply navigate to http://localhost:4503/crx/de/index.jsp and the browser window hangs.

I have tried on fresh AEM instance, still no luck. I'm running Chrome "38.0.2125.104 m" under Windows 7 SP1 x64.
