Creation of customized image component

I have a dialog with 2 image field and 1 text field. Now I am confused what should I pass from java Model IMPL to appear on screen.

Your query is not very clear, can you please elaborate?

Also, its recommended to use OOTB core components (by creating a proxy) in your project and updating it as per your requirements rather than creating a new component.
