Creating Carousel Set in AEM 6.2

After enabling Dynamic Media, now I can see the option to create Carousel Set at AEM Assets (http://<host>:<port>/assets.html/content/dam). But when I tried to add an image to the slide, it's not being added. Instead that slide's icon as well is gone. Could you help understand what's the issue is? I have attached the screenshot the same below.

If you are on AEM version 6.2 - it's a known issue it seems, and the fix was packaged in the SP1 release. Adobe support team has installed that package on our client's machine where we had that problem and it resolved the issue.

Hi Ravi,

I tested on my local install with DM enabled and it worked fine.

Please try to capture the failing image request in your browser or log file, it will give info on the issue

Hi Mark and Kautuk,

Thanks so much for looking into this. I'm as well able to make it work in my local, but ran into this issue while I tried to implement the same in one of our DEV server.  This time instead of trying to add image to the Carousel Set, I tried to see if I can check the preset and opened Carousel_Dotted_dark in Edit View. The page is showing the loading icon and it never opens. Please find the screen-shot below. Here is the logged info. I hope that has some related details.

Has the DEV server been configured differently from the Server that works? There has to be a difference that explains the difference in functionality.

can you run the dev with sample content enabled.

I saw a similar issue with run mode nosamplecontent was enabled

Try running your dev with sample content enabled, I saw a similar issue before where the library was loaded from sample content

Hi kunal​, ravip62119204was this issue resolved for you? Is there any root cause apart from upgrading to latest service pack? We are running with AEM 6.0 SP2 and our servers started facing this issue. We reverted server instances to 1 month back previous state and seemingly new images work. But intermittent, few of old images fail. Still dono the root cause.
