As far as i know that CQ6.0 will be released next year.  Are there any white paper/system specification and the exact release date for the new version of CQ at this moment??

So far there is no such information available on the release dates or any whitepaper available. I would suggest you to keep an eye on the Adobe Experience Manager Page for any sort of updates.
