Country level spelling management

AEM Cloud - is there any possibilities to manage spellings for country level? I have two counties US and Canada.

I would like to manage the spellings automatically without configuring two different pages for two different countries just for spell change.

 

May be with Language copy? - I have tried creating language copy and live copy but didn't worked.

 

Few Examples of spelling differences are here:

@gatsby Have you considered about using i18n dictionary and reading the value based on the the language

    i18n doesn't work with author generated content - text or title components (if text was inputed by an author). It works only on string we have in code
