Copying an Existing Group

Hi,

I have copied an existing group following the documentation : http://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-0/administer/security/granite-user-group-admin.html#Copying%20an%20Existing%20Group

But the permissions of the original group are not copied to the new group.

Am I missing something ?

If the permissions are not copied over - then you can manually set permissions in the new group.

You're right I can add them but I am very surprised to have to do that. I thought the aim of such functionality would be to avoid this manual setting (especially as assigning permissions is not a straightforward task) .  From my point of view, this is a kind of bug.
