Convert Dynamic XFA to Static XFA w/out Print to PDF

I need to Dynamic XFA PDF to a Static XFA PDF. I need to do this because Docusign only supports Static XFA files. The help support page for DocuSign mentions that we should be able to "Save as Static XFA" but I can not find that option in Acrobat.

Please note that I am not talking about conversion to a Static PDF which can be done simply by "printing" the PDF. I believe that a Static XFA file should still have the input forms.
