Hi,

We see only three options when we create content fragment.

How we can get more options in the dropdown?

Those are the way you can author content fragment.

AEM 6.3 with a FP has introduced Content Fragment Models with which you can define your own structure for content fragment instead of just being rich text

What AEM Version are you using. Also please point to the online docs you are following.

HI,

Dropdown Options highlighted in red (in your post) is displayed from below path. (representing the mimeType)

/libs/dam/cfm/admin/content/fragment-editor/jcr:content/sidepanels/edit/items/tabs/items/textToolsTab/items/tools/switcher

Overlaying the same to equivalent "apps" path can help in customisation.
