ComponentGroups not showing in design mode

Hi

When i open the page in design mode, it shows no componentgroups and just separated line in Edit Component dialog. I am getting below two error, Any Idea how can i resolve it.

GET http://localhost:4502/libs/wcm/stats/tracker.js?path=/content/AEMTraining/testnew&_=1416133333064 net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED jquery.js:9838 GET http://localhost:8502/etc/designs/default/jcr:content/homepage/par.infinity.json?_dc=1416133341682 404 (Not Found)

Also i wonder about 4502 port , I am running my AEM instance on 8502 but dont know how its coming 4502 in first error.

Have you configured externalizer http://<host>:<port>/system/console/configMgr/com.day.cq.commons.impl.ExternalizerImpl

Hi,

Please ignore the tracker.js, that's a feature, which has been dropped in favor of Adobe Analytics. The second line indicates, that there is no design yet for this parsys. Which user do you use for this operation?
