Component reordering in iparsys does not work in AEM6.1

Question

I have requirement to provide authors to be able to reorder the component in an iparsys container at parent level. Here is the OOTB example where AEM has demonstrated the iparsys-

http://localhost:4502/editor.html/content/geometrixx/en/products.html

When I drag 2-3 components in this iparsys and try to reorder them it does not work. Even I added the action "copymove" under cq:editConfig/ cq:editChildConfig in /foundation/components/iparsys but no luck.

Can you suggest what's wrong here? Thank you in advance.

Even I couldnt get it working. Seems to be a bug. Raise a support ticket for the same.

I just tested a fresh install of 6.1 and it does drag and re-order components: http://localhost:4502/editor.html/content/geometrixx/en/products.html

For testing purposes - place the AEM 6.1 JAR into a new folder and start it. Then try dragging and dropping to re-order components. You will see it works. If you instance is not working - something else may be causing it.
