Completed processes are not visible on manage controlled process(MCP- ACS Commons) console in AEM 6.5

Hi ,
I am using AEM 6.5 version and SP : 6.5.8
All completed or running process which is present under "/var/acs-commons/mcp/instances" are not visible on MCP console.
Backend functionality is working properly but processes are not coming up on console.

Error:
Please find the error below.

Somebody, provide any reference to make it work
