Cloud Manager - Error connecting to our backend systems

Hi all,

 

I am getting the error "We are having trouble connecting to our backend systems. Please check https://status.adobe.com

When checking the same I get the below -

 

We have raised an Adobe ticket meanwhile.

Issue was due to the presence of the Pragma Header chrome extension.
It was added to debug request as it passed through CDN.

 

Removing the chrome extension resolved the issue!

Yeah dont think this is forum question, likely tobe faced by other audiences. Is cloudmanager crashing only for your login or everyone under your org? Cloudmanager is working fine for my org and no recent outages reported at status.adobe.com.

 

This should be very specific to your org to be resolved with adobe ticket only.

Hi @nageshraja There are no Cloud Manager maintenance or other global challenges during the given window. There must be an issue with your licensing or organisation account.
