Cloud manager DNS setting is showing "Domain verification is failed, can not find txt record"

Question

Hi All ,

I have configured domain and added certificates too. also my networking team is followed this document .

but still cloud manager domain configuration screen is showing this message

"Domain verification is failed, can not find txt record " and DNS Record column is showing "not detected".

any one gone through this scenario. Appreciate your help. TIA

@chetan001 Looks like TXT value is either missing or is detected with errors. Follow the same instructions [0] and retry. When ready, you must select the verify again icon next to the status.
