Cloud_Manager_Admins group in Admin Console

There is an OOTB group in Admin Console called "Cloud_Manager_Admins". It contains product profiles for all the roles on cloud manager. I was wondering what's the purpose of this group? Would it be okay if this is deleted as we have our own customized groups.

It doesn’t seems to be OOTB groups as i don’t see this group on my side in admin console user groups
