Hi ,
I would like to integrate any chatbot application with a AEM website.
Can you please give me some idea.

Else can you please tell me how can I implement a chatbot with AEM .Is there anything existing?

I do not think AEM have OOTB for chat component.

Option 1:-

But Livefyre can help you with this:-

Option 2:-

You can very easily integrate 3rd party chat tools on AEM.

@pallavis8124480 ChatBot can now be integrated with the AEM site after it crawls the content from the AEM site. This solution also uses a private LLM and not the public-facing ChatGPT, so your data is securely managed.
