Change page name using page properties dialog

Has the following question.

What are the different page properties that can be edited using page properties dialog? Select the two correct answers.
Page Title

Page Name

Page Description

Page Template

The answer mentioned is Page Title and Page Name.

But I can only modify Page Title and Page Description and not Page Name through Basic tab of Page properties dialog.

Can you please clarify how can one change page name via the dialog?

Here is a screenshot of page props:

I assume when they say Page Name - they mean Page Title.

Level 2

There were two options

1. Page Title

2. page Name

So that means they actually refer to Page Name.

Level 2

So this means, the answer to the below question is options 1 and 3

However, the adobe training site mentions options 1 and 2 as the right answer.

Please find the attachment of the page properties dialog which indicates that both title and description can be modified.
