cannot login Adobe forum it's due to it need change password when login.

Hi Admin,

I have an account “jbai@grundfos.com” and used to login Adobe forum. The email address is my previous company.


It need to change password when I login forum, but I cannot receive email it's due to I have left previous company.

 

Now I am working on another company and also working on AEM platform, but I cannot receive email by account jbai@grundfos.com when someone answered my question that I raised.


Therefore, do you know how can I get my account and don't change password or change my email address to other one.

After migration Adobe forced everyone to change their Adobe Id password.
