Cannot login Adobe Dynamic Media Classic

I only got a blank screen after launched the Adobe Dynamic Media Classic Desktop App, how can I fix it?

Are you seeing this on MAC or Windows Computer?

Is this the 1st time you are launching Adobe Dynamic Media Classic Desktop App on my computer?

Did you install the latest version of the app recently? (20.20.2)

How do I get a license? My regular login credentials for Adobe do not work for this.

 

I am at a loss here.
