Cannot access AEM downloads

I'm not able to login to this link as I'm getting the below error:

 

It seems that your Adobe ID is not linked with your Adobe Experience Cloud solution accounts. 

Please get in touch with your Org Administrator or Adobe Enterprise Support.

 

How can I resolve this?

You need to contact to your project team to add you in the Adobe Cloud account. With normal Adobe Id , it will not work, you should be part of Enterprise account(login via Enterprise id)
