Can't connect to DTM via AEM cloud service config in cause of a firewall

Hi,

I try to connect from AEM Author to DTM via Cloud Service Config and API-Key.
The Author (6.2) is behind a Firewall and so it fails.
I've already tried the proxy-solution mentioned in http://help-forums.adobe.com/content/adobeforums/en/experience-manager-forum/adobe-experience-manager.topic.html/forum__o1px-hi_there_wearetry.html
(OSGi-Config "Day Commons HTTP Client") but with no success.

Any suggestions?

Thanks a lot,
Florian.

As mentioned by Scott, Enable polling importer when the Dynamic Tag Management deploy hook cannot connect to AEM, for example when AEM is behind a firewall.

Did you get any help in this ?

According to the docs - you need to set Enable Polling Importer option.

Hi smacdonald2008,

thanks for your reply.

Since AEM 6.2 you will have to configure an instance of Apache HTTP Components Proxy Configuration ConfigurationFactory. The" Apache HTTP Components Proxy Configuration" is no longer in use.

Thanks for the Enable Polling Importer option hint.

Regards,
Florian.
