Can't access non-secured repo.adobe.com Nexus

Avatar

Level 2

Our Nexus has been set up to proxy http://repo.adobe.com/nexus/content/groups/public/, and it seems like that URL doesn't exists anymore, we get a 404 page, which causes our Nexus to auto block the repository (some browsers redirect to HTTPS, some don't). We can access it through the HTTPS version just fine though (https://repo.adobe.com/nexus/content/groups/public/).

Is this the intended new behavior or is something still changing on the Adobe Nexus that will bring back the non-secured URL?

I want to confirm whether the HTTP version is not supported anymore, since we have the URL set in many places within our infrastructures and we rather not have to spend the time updating it if not necessary.

Thanks

Public repo access via non-secure HTTP appears to have been restored and builds depending on it are working again.
