Can search suggested lists lead users directly to the page that is indicated?

Click on any of the search suggested results screenshot below, it directs to the main search results page e.g. /search-results.html?q=A+Fresh+Opportunity+in+a+Crowded+Market

Does AEM has built in settings that when users click on any of the suggested results would direct them to the page that is indicated instead of the search results page?

So if users click/select "A Fresh Opportunity in a Crowded Market", it should direct them to /a-fresh-opportunity-in-a-crowded-market.html instead of /search-results.html?q=A+Fresh+Opportunity+in+a+Crowded+Market
