Bulk Publishing of Assets

Level 3

While publishing assets of more than 100 numbers we get an error pop which says "Bulk Action Not Supported". We have to explicitly select and publish beyond 100 assets at one go.

Do we have any OOTB configuration or any customisation which will increase the number of assets publishing at one go.

Thanks,

Debasis

Hi @debasis-swain,

There are some couple of options that you can try:

1) Create a workflow package and execute a workflow to Publish these Assets. -> Follow section "Workflow Packages for Batch Processing" in documentation Starting Workflows

2) Tree Activate Assets -> You can go to http://HOST:PORTetc/replication/treeactivation.html and select the path as /content/dam to Activate all your Assets at once.

Either of the above options may cause performance issues on your end depending on number of Assets you have so please exercise the above options carefully.

Thanks!!
