Bulk permissions for assets in AEM

I have a situation where I need to Grant Permissions (repository policy permissions , i.e., read, write, delete, replicate etc) to Multiple groups and Multiple folders in my adobe dam.

I have a bunch of CSVs with a mapping between the folder path, user group and their respecitve permissions. Can anyone help me out with an easy way to grant all the groups with appropriate permissions?

PS: I have tried implementing a small ACL tool that reads CSV and applied permissions using JCR  but it is taking too long to apply permissions (Approximately 30 mins to set permissions for 30 folders in one usergroup).

Can someone help me with a direction?

Tweak the source of these tools or use the generated rep:policy xmls for each folder per your requirements
