Blank page while creating members in Communities

While doing Navigation -> Communities -> Members 

Once I click create button on top right side, it will redirect to a page url 'http://localhost:4502/communities/memberprofile.html?userId=' and the blank page appears.

What is the cause for this

Do you see any error in the Developer console? Also, check error.log for any errors when performing these steps
