Automation of Metadata Change

Hi Team,

In our new project we doing metadata changes for dam assets in AEM.Is there a way to import them all to excel sheet and do the changes and export back.Kindly suggest.

Hi @GeethaB,

AEM has a built-in feature for that Bulk Metadata Import and Export.

You can import asset metadata in bulk using a CSV file and do bulk updates for the recently uploaded assets or the existing assets by importing a CSV file. You can also ingest asset metadata in bulk from third-party system in CSV format. Please check [0], [1] for more details.
