Assets expiry date

We set our asset expiry date but for some strange reason after asset expired and flag appeard,  asset is unpulished itself the next day!  and caused broken image in the live page.   There was no on off time set or no one moved the asset.

Does anyone know this behavior?

    Yes, the behaviour is same in AEM 6.1. We actually raised the doc bug CQDOC-7459 which is why the details of this job were added in AEM 6.2 and so on.

    Hello,

    OOTB Expiry job "system/console/configMgr/com.day.cq.dam.core.impl.ExpiryNotificationJobImpl" expires the assets and then automatically deactivates the expired assets.

      HI Vishu, We are using version 6.1 is this the same for that as i noticed automatically deactivate is not on the instructions page but it is on the 6.5 page
