Asset Update workflow not triggering on its own

Hi,

 

When assets are uploaded, the Asset update workflow does not trigger on its own, but needs to be run manually.

Any idea on this issue?

AEM version used - 6.4.7 but works perfectly fine on another environment with the same version.

Check the launchers once if there are there or not for Dam Asset Update workflow /libs/cq/workflow/admin/console/content/launchers.html on this AEM instance where it is not working. Else check the error logs to identify potential issues.

Please check the AEM Error logs to find more details -

The launchers were present but were disabled. It worked after enabling it.
