Asset Name don't(jcr:content) permit me to read metadata and open Renditions

Hello,

I have some name of assets that is written in Russian (ex: Памятка Райффайзен.pdf). On my test server I get to read the metadata but in my server prod I can not read. But when I change my name I can read .....

Any ideas?

What is the default character encoding in the affected environment ? Is it the same as test server ?
