Hi, does cloud support all the file formats that we find in managed services ? Can there be format incompatibility after migration of all assets from MS to cloud?

It support most of the File formats except below

SWF

Photoshop (PSD)

Illustrator (AI)

INDD

As per AEM Assets as a Cloud Service -

You can now process a broad range of file types covering more formats out-of-the-box than what is possible with previous versions of Experience Manager.

So AEM Cloud supports more file formats than even AMS - You can check the supported file formats at Assets supported file formats

You can cross verify the particular file formats which are of interest to you from the above listing.
