Yes. Check the AEM 6.3 it has omni-search (top).

Tag search Functionality :- In search type and tag and in the results you can select View All sites/assets where you can filter things with tags.

Ability to search for a template :- Type templatein omni-Search:- http://localhost:4502/mnt/overlay/dam/gui/content/idsprint/templates.html/content/dam/templates

Ability to search for a component :- Type components in omni-search http://localhost:4502/libs/wcm/core/content/sites/components.html

Ability to search for a page:- In search type page name and specifically in results you can select View All sites. And there you can also specify filter.

I want to search for templates in AEM 6.2. I'm able to see to see components in 2nd url but the 1st URL isn't working.
