Apache Jackrabbit Oak LDAP Identity Provider AEM 6.1- not saving the value configured

I am trying to configure Apache Jackrabbit Oak LDAP Identity Provider in AEM 6.1, I have  configuring  the value of Ldap provider name , Ldap server hostname and saved it .

configured values are not getting saved. can you please help me,

I am not getting any error, after saving the edited value, pop up closes,

on reopening, it is not showing the previously saved values.
