After SP7, favicon not showing up for sites.html

After SP7 migration, we are seeing the favicon not showing up for sites.html or assets.html or any OOB AEM page. Please find the below screenshow - I have highlighted the same.

 

What could be the reason ?

OOTB AEM favicon loads from /libs/granite/core/content/login/favicon.ico
Please see if you have the favicon available or not. It seems to be like favicon.ico is missing so that's why it does not load for OOTB AEM Page.

    Hi Asutosh,

     

    I tried the solution but it wont work, I restarted the AEM after changes as well.
