AEP mobile sdk push notification

hi, 

[Problem Statement]

Mobile app sdk integration registering the push identifier to AEP data collection, and in AJO getting the ECID to create audience and sending the push notification back to mobile.

We have the error on data assurance as per the below screenshot.

Any possible configuration to investigate which is most likely to cause this issue while integrating?

Any leads here will be very much appreciated.
