AEM6.4 | DAM queue issue | Upload a pdf file, it always shows “processing” status

Hello,

We have upgraded environment from AEM6.2 to AEM6.4. We are facing one issue in dam, Upload a PDF file into “/content/dam” on AEM6.4 environment, the status doesn’t change. The status remains same although we refresh the page. Also we have checked in error.log, didn't see any error.

This issue is happening only in touch UI.

Can anyone please provide help on this.

    I found the root cause of this issue.

    In my workflow last two steps were missing “Dam update asset workflow completed” and “send transient workflow completed email”

    Also two configuration were missing

    After Added above configuration the issue were solved.
