Hi @kalyan_chakravarthych,
To integrate Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with Adobe Workfront, you can follow the detailed instructions provided in the following documentations:
https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/integrations-learn/experience-cloud/integrations-between-applications/experience-manager/workfront-experience-manager
https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-learn/assets-essentials/workfront/overview
Integration Steps:
1. Prerequisites
- Ensure you have both AEM and Workfront instances set up.
- Required permissions and API access should be configured in both systems.
2. Install and Configure the Connector
- For AEM as a Cloud Service: Use the native integration or enhanced connector for integration. The native integration is recommended for AEM as a Cloud Service.
- For AEM 6.5 or Later: Use the legacy connector or the enhanced connector based on your specific requirements.
3. Configure AEM
- Externalizer Setup: Configure the AEM Externalizer to allow linking with Workfront documents.
- Cloud Services: Navigate to Tools > Cloud Services in AEM and set up the Workfront integration configuration.
4. Configure Workfront
- API and Custom Integration: Set up API keys in Workfront and configure custom integration settings to connect with AEM.
- Metadata Mapping: Map Workfront fields to AEM Asset metadata properties to ensure proper data transfer.
5. Testing and Validation
- Conduct integration tests to ensure assets and metadata are correctly transferred and accessible in both systems.
- Verify user permissions and access rights in both AEM and Workfront.
Please let me know if you have any more queries.
Thank you,
