AEM workflow configure Workflow history time period

Hello All,

As we all know, when any workflow runs and after completion we should be able to see the something like below

Now , this data will start accumulating and can lead to performance issues, now how can I purge this data and what is the configuration used OOTB?

You can configure workflow purge to clean the workflow instances regularly

Thanks for the reply.

I have updated the config

now my question is how it is working and how we can validate that

and at what time this will run and purge . I see it does nothing as shown here

Ideally all these values should get deleted ?
