can someone please tell me where i can find (besides the AEM 6.3 Forms Workbench Help PDF) videos or online examples on how the workbench works?

I am most interested in finding out on how to get attachments from a pdf inside workbench.

workflowuser​ hi this is augusto, we worked before on AEM 6.5 issues and now i am working on a new project with adobe aem forms 6.3 and i am trying to get aquainted with workbench. I cannot find many videos or tutorials on it and I hope you and gadank can help me. you been helpful in the past and i thank you in advance
