AEM Translation for Static content
I have a requirement based on translation here I am using a bootstrap connector were I need to know, whether I am able to translate static image which has text in it.
If so can you provide me solution.

To the best of my knowledge I haven't seen text in the image getting translated. In image component you can translate the Image Title, description, Alt text. But translating text inside an image is not something I have come across.
I have worked on a Third party translation service called 'Transperfect'. Translations were done based on the component fields that would comes as part of your DOM.
