AEM modernization tool | Component Conversion | Can we add rules for pattern and replacement as a json and checkin?

Hello everyone,

we are extensively using AEM component conversion modernization tool for component conversion -

1) Since there would be a lot of rules coming up - how to plan them efficiently and that too through our existing code?

2) I need to use the Copy node option extensively - is the copy node can be done from the list of the child page listed in the parent node?

After exploring the tool i found copy node could be done on the basis of standard pattern and replacement rules.

For some custom rules we need to rely on groovy scripts.

Regarding rules checkin through code thats is doable with adding all rules in a json format over the same location.
