AEM Local Instance Issue with SP 10 installation

After installing sp10 my local AEM instance not working properly.

With 6.5.6 its working fine.If sp 10 installed its not working.

aem/start.html throwing a blank page and getting below error in the logs

Its got fixed.basically two java version (1.8.0_251 &1.8.0_161 )was running on the local even though pointing to a latest java version it didnt work.

Deleting java version1.8.0_251 and restarting my local fixed this issue.

Hi @mah_arch,

1.Can you check whether all the bundles are active ? If any bundle is in installed state - try to start the bundle

2.Are you able to access other console like /siteadmin,/miscadmin, OSGi console ?

    Yes Felix console is accessible and all the bundles are active.

    I can navigate to sites.html but no project site hirerarchy is showing up. On clicking on AEM icon on the left page Keeps on loading

      Install 6.5.10.0

      Setup requirements and more information

      • Experience Manager 6.5.10.0 requires Experience Manager 6.5. See upgrade documentation for detailed instructions.
      • The service pack download is available on Adobe Software Distribution.
      • On a deployment with MongoDB and multiple instances, install Experience Manager 6.5.10.0 on one of the Author instances using the Package Manager.

      Install the service pack

      To install the service pack on an Adobe Experience Manager 6.5 instance, follow these steps:

      1. Restart the instance before installation if the instance is in update mode (when the instance was updated from an earlier version). Adobe recommends a restart if the current uptime for an instance is high.

      2. Before installing, take a snapshot or a fresh backup of your Experience Manager instance.

      3. Download the service pack from Software Distribution.

      4. Open Package Manager and click Upload Package to upload the package. To know more, see Package Manager.
