We are exploring personalization options leveraging just AEM 6.5. We are planning to integrate AEM with Taxonomy management system called TopQuadrant EDG to use enterprise taxonomy for search and other use cases. I wanted to understand what role Taxonomy can play in personalizing AEM rendered websites.
Note - I am familiar with usage of Adobe Target for personalization but never used just AEM and taxonomy for personalizing webpages. I know AEM has context hub which has limited features but I couldn't find any Adobe article which discusses role of taxonomy for personalization.
