| Can we have mock tests to practice before going to actual exam? | Yes, there are practice test available that are mapped to the live exam's scope and objectives for all expert level exams. We are also developing practice tests for professional level, to be avialable by end of the year |
| Is there any kind of discounts for existing certified candidates ? | Hi, we currently do not have any such promotional offers for existing certified candidates. However, for those renewing their certificaitons, its absolutely free of cost |
| Could you please send link for mock test? | The practice tests are all hosted in one prep portal that can be accessed through experience league. | Hi- Is the Experience League certification URL same for Adobe employees v/s external exam takers? | Yes, Experience league certification page is one stop shop for all, including Adobe Employees |
| If a candidate fails an exam on their first attempt, they can retake it after 24 hours. Is there a cost for the retake? | Yes, each attempt has an exam fees associated with it. |

| When is exam prep coming & is it for free? | by end of the year, yes for free |
| Will Practice Exams contain all possible questions, so if we study these we are ready to pass the cert exam? | the practice test does not have any overlap with live exam questions. However, it is mapped to the live exam blueprint |
| I was wondering if the exam has a title of E0-112 Practice exam would this prep exam be relevant for all other exams say AD0-125? | every practice test is aligned to one live exam, so 112 will not be aligned to multiple exams |
| Does the exam have the option to park/skip the questions if unsure and revisit them later? | Yes |
| Do Sales Accreditations appear in Credly? | No, sales accreditations do not issue digital badges |
| Is there any sort of "boot camp" option similar to what was available for Workfront certification? | I am afraid not. |

| If you are taking an exam at home or office (not at a testing location). Is there a tool that tests your computer PRIOR to the exam to ensure the software will work? | Yes, the 'examity' platform will let you to test your computer configuration prior to the exam date |
| Is there is requirement that a candidate Should be Certified as an AEM developer before attempting AEM Architect certification? My AEM Developer certification expired long back which I couldn't renew. | there is no such prerequisite for AEM Architect. |

| is there any difference between PSI and Examinity - such as price? | No difference in pricing. We recommend using Examity platform as we will be discontinuing PSI on August 1st. |
| Can you come up with certification prep books which covers the entire syllabus, especially for Architect certification | there are no such plans as of now. However, all the available and upcoming resources are serving the same purpose as the prep books |
| Would you recommend the same for folks in product consulting or on the business side of these products? | Yes |

I have two certifications that have expired in 2022 . I was going through the [AEM GEMs | June 28, 2023] Master the Art of Experience Manager Certification: Get Ready, Get Set, G... recording and it seems we can take renewal certifications on demand & un-proctored now ? Please clarify.
