AEM Desktop app Unexpected Error

Hi Adobe Team,

 

Name: Vijay Krishna Nimmagadda

Company Name: Capital Group

 

I am not able to get the login screen for the AEM desktop app. Can you please let me know why I am getting the error below.

Please log a daycare ticket with desktop app logs Location of log files

 
You can find the log files for AEM desktop app at the following locations. When uploading many assets, if some files fail to upload, see backend.log file at the above location to identify the failed uploads.
  • On Windows: %LocalAppData%\Adobe\AssetsCompanion\Logs
  • On Mac: ~/Library/Logs/Adobe\ Experience\ Manager\ Desktop

1. what version of Desktop App are you using ?

2. What is the OS platform ?
