AEM Core Component design files (Adobe XD?)

Attempting to discover if there is any type of design-oriented file formats available that mimic the AEM 6.5 Core Components? For example, as a design lead, I want to work with a design team in Adobe XD to create & prototype AEM Sites prior to working in AEM. Does an Adobe XD UI Kit exist for AEM 6.5?

    AFAIK its still a feature being considered as part of AEM + XD roadmap. On the other hand DITA to AEM plugin is out.
