AEM Cannot extract metadata from pdf

I found that the corresponding metadata cannot be extracted when uploading some pdfs to aem asset. What is going on? How should I solve it?

Can you check DAM Update Asset workflow is there in your instance and its enabled or not.

Yes, only some PDFs have this problem
