This is by design. Since, Administrator is a privileged user, you can access it's properties(screen name) only with a privileged session. Since, you are seeing the blog with logged in user(unprivileged) or anonymous user, you are getting an "Anonymous" screen name displayed. If you login with an administrative user, you will see the correct screen name.

I have created a page using out of the box blog component  and logged in as admin user.

when i create an article created by  always show anonymous, please note i am performing these steps in author instance.

below are the the screen shots you can see Published 2 hours ago by Anonymous it should show the name of user

The profile information of blog author is available only on publish instance so the name of the user would only come when you view the blog from Publish instance.

Thanks,

That's not the case profile information is available on both the instances this problem is in both environments(author/publish both).

Hi Manoj,

If you give the read permission of user's profile to everyone, it will show the user name instead of anonymous.

Thanks Rajeev, you got it right this was the problem in my case.

While you are creating article, logged in user's profile should be publicly accessible.
