AEM ACM integration

Dear Team,

We are trying to develop one HTML form in AEM and trying to send one trigger data on click of a button to ACM recipient table. 

Is there is any way to do that? Please help to share any information regarding this.

If using AEM 6, be sure to use adaptive forms.

ACM version 6.1 and AEM version 6.1.

Can you describe your use case please in a bit more detail. As you are using AEM 6, use adaptive forms. 

However not clear what you want to do with posted form data.

USe case is : 

Developing one form(having firstname,lastname type fields) using AEM which will be used to get details from customer . If customer click on submit button i wanna to setup one trriger point which will update one field with some static value in ACM recipient table and later in ACM we have one campaign which will handle and deliver deliveries.
