AEM - Access account problem

Dears,

Today we had a problem to access our DPS account in the company.

Receive the informations from ADobe support that now it´s necessary access the new plataform - AEM. But, unfortable we can´t access with our login and password because the system not identify our account there.

So, we need a solution for this problem because our comercial area was very negative impacted today with this situation.

We´ve same questions:

1. AEM are available in Brazil?

2. If yes, how can access this plataform?

3. It´s necessary to buy a new license?

4. Who can send us a new login and password, please?
