AEM 6.x - STARTUP FAILED

Dear all,

I'm unable to start on my aem instance.

Every time I run my aen instance the main aem window is displayed and the loading cursor remain fixed. It seems to be blocked so I have to kill it via task manager or close button.Always.

What is happening is showed in the below screenshot.

Any idea ?

    Hello,

    There could be several reasons behind these. Please check them in following order

    1) Shutdown the current startup process.

    2) Ensure that a supported version of Java is installed per the Technical Requirements page and this Java version is set in the environment variables appropriately.

    3) While this should be the case, but please verify if port 4503 is free by running netstat -an | find "4503".

    4) Ensure you have enough disk space/RAM available.

    5) After the basic checks above, please check the logs in crx-quickstart/logs directory. The logs most helpful for this issue would be the stdout.log, stderr.log and error.log file. Please look for any errors in these files.

    Hello,

      Dear all,

      as you could see in the below screenshots my requisities are satisfied.

      While starting Aem 6.4 ( or 6.1 ) instance I'm obtaining always the same issue.

      Here below error.log file that shows an error with sling installer.

      Any help will be welcome.

      Hi Antonio,

      Looks like (osgi.wiring.package=javax.annotation) is not found, which seems to be a problem with java installed on the machine.

      Can you try to run aem from cmd instead of double clicking on the jar?

      Do you get same result if you call "java -jar aem-publish-p4503.jar" ?
